Dear SFC Briggs,
Thank you for your service as a Huey, UH-1 Helicopter Repairer. You are still MIA.
Please come home.
This is Independence Day weekend, and it is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Duty
I sent to the National League of Families in 1980 for a POW bracelet. I was honored to receive yours sir. I still wear it. I've tried to contact your family to return it. You were brought home in 2007 and rest in Arlington. Can't seem to find anyone to help me locate your family to return it. So I still wear it.. I am a retired Deputy Sheriff with Nueces County Texas. And people ask about the bracelet..ask why I still wear it. I tell them simply..Duty and Honor.
I guess I'll wear it and be buried with it. Thanks for your service Hero.
