Bracelet
I was a young Airman (E-2) back in 1986 when I received Major White's bracelet. I have taken it off for certain things, and times, but as I write this it is on my wrist. I am 46 years old now, and how time has flown by. I just thought I'd share that I have his bracelet, I didn't pick it, it was given to me, everything is for a reason.

My friend and Colleague
Jim, I hope that some day you get to read this. I wear your bracelet and remember you fondly. From Big Spring Texas to Thailand. That day you flew out on my birthday is one that will be burned in my heart and memory forever.
I pray for you and for Sharon and for the child I never got to meet.
God Bless,
Ed

Graditude of Thanks
I received your bracelet while in high school, 1974
I wore it daily as a reminder to pray for you, your family and for your safe return.
Thank you for giving your all! Words will never be able to completely express what you gave for me, and for your country.
You will always be remembered!!

Remembering An American Hero
Dear Major James Blair White, sir
As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir
Curt Carter
