Dear sir,
My name is Jake Foor, and I am doing a school project for my World History class. I thank you for making the ultimate sacrifice. It takes incredible courage to do a great deed like that. If everyone was had the courage that you did this would be a much better country. I just wish that I had the courage that you did. Thank you.

Although we never met personally, I want to thank you Denny Lee Washam, for your courageous and valiant service, faithful contribution, and your most holy sacrifice given to this great country of ours!
