ANDREW THOMAS BRASSFIELD, remember you challenged your 18 yr.old neighbor to join the military, & you said you'd be back to watch me graduate from boot camp in June, 1970? I graduated & served as a U.S.NAVY WAVE, 1970-1975. It took me 15 years to find out you were listed as MIA, then changed to KIA. I'll never forget you, YOU PAID THE ULTIMATE PRICE. REST IN PEACE, JOB WELL DONE!

I joined the Army in 1986 and wanted to join SF because of the history of SOG, Mike and Bright Light. We all wore POW/MIA bracelets back then and I chose yours, on purpose. Because you were SF, from Ohio and lost outside the TOO. I have a rubbing of you from a 1990 visit to the Wall as well. I’m sorry Missouri Team lost you. I’m sorry the nation lost you.
