My best freind in Ann Arbor

We hunted Raccoons, etc. Just messed around like young boys did. Cooked one in an oven of a friends near his house on fifth street. Jimmy's mom was upset after her work. The house stunk like crazy. My last words at Rinks parking lot was "Be Safe Mike" A year later he was MIA. A terrible loss.

I received Michael's bracelet today

Thank you for your ultimate sacrifice, Sgt. Wallace. I will wear your bracelet proudly. My father was in the Air Corps in WW2, and I hope you both are soaring with the angels right now. Good bless you and your family.

Will always remember

I got my POW/MIA bracelet for SFC Michael Wallace when I was 12 or 13. About 1973. I am now 57 and I still have the bracelet. Many years later I was able to find his name on the traveling Vietnam Memorial when it came to Santa Rosa, California. I will always keep the bracelet unless someone from his family would like it

My great-uncle

I never got to meet my great-uncle Mike...but I would have loved to meet him, from what I hear from his brother, he was a great man and a kind and caring brother
