honoring you.....
War drew us from our homeland
In the sunlit springtime of our youth.
Those who did not come back alive remain
in perpetual springtime -- forever young --
And a part of them is with us always.

Thank You
Dear Sp4 Ronald Walber, Thank you for your service as an Airborne Qualified Medical NCO. Thank you for the lives you saved. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart . Halloween is soon. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it still needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering
I remember the day I watched you walk away heading to your group as you were preparing to leave for Vietnam and held on to the plans we had made to marry when you returned. I did not know I would never see you again, hold your hand and share our lives forever. It has been 48 years and my thoughts still drift back at time to all the silly things you did and all the wonderful moments we shared. Love you then and now.
