David Brady

The last time I saw Dave Brady was on a truck going into the rear,Cam Rohn Bay I think. Dave was going in to see a dentist. Along with a guy named Underwood who was a sniper like Dave . Underwood and I were going to go on a R&R to Australia. We said goodbye casually , I’ll see you when I see you. When Underwood and I returned from R&R a week later we received the news Dave was dead. With the passing years it becomes very hard to picture in your mind the faces of old friends from so long ago. So thank you for the photo of Dave. It’s good to see a old friend again.

TOO SOON

David thank you for your sacrifice and service to our country. David was my older cousin on my mother's side of the family. As he lived in TN and I in OH, we did not see each other much. I was and still am saddened by his being killed in Vietnam. He was such a promising young man with such potential so suddenly struck down in the prime of his life. You are not forgotten. Until we meet again David, rest in peace.
