THE WALL OF FACES

I remember attending YMCA camp Fitch together as tent mates and attending Kennedy School.

I am always reminded of our early grade school days in Youngstown every time I see a drawing or painting by the Ohio born 20th century artist Charles Burchfield.

Sadly, I also remember returning from a trip to New Orleans in September, 1969 to be informed by my parents of Richard's casualty…46 years later…on this day…I always remember Rich…Rest In Peace Richard.

The war may be forgotten but the warrior will always be remembered!!!! All gave Some-Some gave All. Rest in peace Richard. :-(

I, too, went to Kennedy School with Richie, as we called him, also Scott and their sister. Such a loss, a young life taken too soon. Wishing you peace.

We were good friends in elementary school, k-2nd.

I donated a large oil painting(street scene from Zanesville, Ohio) in his memory to the Solebury School of New Hope, Pa.
