Forever Remembered

Yes, forever remembered! We were sweethearts our senior year @ Cary High School. Your baby sister Ann is doing a wonderful job of tracking down your old friends. I feel that you are smiling about that!

When I think about the incorigible Sutty Sutton it always makes me smile and laugh. What fun you were, what fun we had. You set tiny little Cary and the HS on its ear from the day you arrived.

From the first ever, historic painting of the school year on the water tower, to all the activities you were involved in, you made quite the impression! I was flattered and honored to be your girlfriend, even for such a short time.

You died while still a teenager--only 19 yrs. old. I think of my own children, now grown, and that sends a chill down my spine. A great loss for me personnally, for your family and your country. So sad.

But back to the Sutty that made me laugh. I am thankful that you taught me to color outside the lines, that it was ok to be a bit outrageous. I am the woman I am today in large part, thanks to you.

I am sure I will see you again some day, my dear sweet Sutty. Thanks Ann for the memories you have brought back to me, some sad, but also the smiles and laughs. You had a special brother.

Looking for any one who served with Sutty in the military

I am Sutty's sister Ann, I loved my brother more than words. But, I know no one he served with in the military.I'm looking for any one who knew him, in the militay, college UNC Chap. Hill, high school Cary High School or any friends he made along the way. If you are his friends Pete Pearson, Zulu, or Sandy please contact me. I'm trying to make a journal about his life and friends. Thank-you for caring about my brother and being his friend. If you can help me in any way please feel free to contact me. I remember you all and would love to hear from you. Sutty's youngest sister Ann Hart Sutton.
