Spec5 Douglas Strait

God bless this soldier and his family. I wore the bracelet for many years. My husband was also a Vietnam Nam vet, but I was fortunate that he came home to me . Thank you to Douglas Strait and all our vets for serving to protect our country. God Bless the USA!

We Never Forget

I found my bracelet for SPEC 5 Douglas Strait in my boxes. I wore it from 1971 through 1975, praying for him daily. He was a truly handsome soldier and I am sure a very competent one. He was the same age as my brother, Jim, who died of cancer in 1965. I often reflected how Jim would have served in the VN War, had he lived. Blessings to SpC Strait's family.

I have the bracelet and wore it forever. Your sacrifices are not forgotten. Your family is in my prayers.

Remembrance for family

I was digging through a jewelry box that belonged to my deceased father when I found the MIA bracelet he had bought for this soldier. I would like to give it to his family. If anyone knows how to contact any of them, please let me know.
