Childhood buddy
Throughout the many years that have passed, I have thought of you often & the great times we had together at Ft. Huachuca hiking in the mountains, playing Little League baseball, swimming at the huge indoor swimming pool usually with your older sister tagging along. Those 2-3 years were 2-3 of the best. Our Moms remained in touch & from a letter from your Mom to mine, I found out you had gone on your last mission. A part of me died that day as well.
