Steve...today, HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!... 56 years ago a Sweetheart Formal to remember in Okinawa, Ryukus Island. It was a magical night and you whispered, "You are the one I will marry." We were both young, and in our teens. Yet, for a brief moment the world stood still, and it was ours to remember. A remembrance that would bring two souls, and forever etched the love in their hearts. War will forever change the trajectory of our lives on April 20, 1970. I am honored to have shared your life, and most of all the one you gave your heart to... Thank You. You were so Patriotic, and proud to be a Green Beret SP. Steve... You are honored and remembered on Veteran's Day, Nov. 11, 2023, along with my dad, Sam & brother, Joe. You three are my heroes, and are missed greatly. I remembered like it was only yesterday when all of you tried to protect me from your Army assignments. Today, my heart is heavy with so many memories. A prayer was said in your honor. You are not forgotten. Always in my heart with love & prayers... Cely

A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam

STEVE, HAPPY 74th!! You are not forgotten... always in my thoughts and prayers. A Vietnam Vet group embraced and hug me when they found out you were so young when you were KIA. They're your brothers who had honored you this past Armed Forces Day Parade in Torrance. You are remembered with our hearts and love... Cely
