You Will Never Be Forgotten

Mr. Snodgrass,

As our class trip we are going to Washington D.C. ,and taking a trip to the Vietnam Memorial. I thought this would be extremely boring until I found out that there would be a name rubbing. As I reseached for names of people from my hometown, I came across your name. As I clicked on your profile and read your information, about how you went missing a day before your birthday, my heart went out to you. I knew you were the person I had to do. So Mr. Snodgrass, thank you for all that you did for our country. You fought until the very end and gave our country freedom. You are the person everyone in America should look up to and model themselves after. So thank you, for giving us freedom that wasn't free. And on behalf of our class, we will pray everyday that they find you.

Never Forgotten

Dear Soldier,
My name is Amanda Kinney, I am 17 years old, and a senior at Gridley High School. I am posting remembrances on behalf of our Gridley High School Posting Project. You were close to my age when you fought and gave the Supreme Sacrifice. I sit here and wonder would I have the courage to do what you did, and I know I would be too scared to give my all. You gave your all to our country, fighting for what you believed in, and you will never be forgotten for that.

God Bless,
Amanda
