Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

I wish to say Happy Birthday to Charlie Simmons Jr. I never met you but I knew your wonderful sister Rubye. I’m glad I got to know about you and your Ultimate Sacrifice to our country. I always try to thank all of the Vietnam Veterans that I know. I say a big Thank you to you.

I served with Charlie in Vietnam. I was not with him that fateful day, I was in the hospital recovering from wounds.
He was a good soldier and a hero.
We lost a lot of good men that day.
