Pilot Roommate Friend
There are rafters of information about Viet Nam. Steve was my roommate
. We ate, breathed, flew, and fought. We flew from the ground up. All's well when everyone speaks english. He spoke bullets, bombs, air and artillery.l Almost unarmed he took the war to the real soldiers on the other side. He lost ! A true brother -in -arms. His eyes and ears kept our guys on the ground safe, secure and alive.
He was an artist, photographer, and combat pilot, We parted uncermoniously; tragically forever.

We Never Met
It seems you died just a couple of weeks before my husband, Army Captain Thomas McAdams, who also lost his life in Vietnam. Your sister, Kathy, became a good friend of mine and just today 6/15/2021 succumbed in her battle with cancer. It pleases me to think you might be reunited with her even though I shall miss her.
