1st SGT Thomas Welch Shea, a soldiers soldier
I served under TOP at Leonard Wood along with LT Smith in 1966. It was there at HQ DET 2nd BCT BDE ( COL Robert M. Piper CO) that I got to know TOP. He was always fair, honest and impartial.
