A Brief Friend
Hi, In June of 1968 I was held over in Fort Jackson E Company, 8 th Battalion, 2nd Brigade, with GI who may have been Paul.
In Basic we only knew each other by our last names I was known as O'Connor and he was Bonepart, we pulled details together awaiting our orders.
If it was Paul, he's in good company in heaven with My Cousin Joey and old classmate of mine John. They fell the same fate. I don't want to get polictical, but If our so called leaders, in DC had to send their kids into a war zone, I think there would be no war. GOD BLESS PAUL. If I find any old pictures I'll be sure to put them up on this site.
