I never met you tio but I'm named after you my father your brother named me after you he told me so many good things about you how you protecting him how you cared for him when no one did and when my father lost you you lost a Lil part of him but when I was born he told me and named me after you he got what he lost back thank you for your loyalty respect love and your life tio your nephew Benito Alaniz

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. As long as you are remembered you will always be with us.

My friend, I will never forget the good times we spent at Fort Polk during our Basic and AIT Training. After graduation we went our separate ways and when I arrived in Nam, I learned of your death. It hit me hard but I served my tour but never forgot you. May you continue to Rest In Peace. You are a true hero. Your comrades from Brownsville will never forget you.
