My uncle my hero

How I wish I was able to have met you . Some how I feel like I do. I have known about you since I was young, how much my family had suffered to have lost you. I know stories wela has told me over the year and even in my dreams I have seen you. Hopefully we’ll be able to meet one day. Know that we remember you and share your story always. Thank you for giving the ultimate sacrifices along with your comrades. May you rest in eternity. I love you tio

U.S. Army Soldier

Dear Daniel Santos Trujillo,
I am am retired U.S. Army soldier. When I finished my training back in November 1971, there were only 150,000 soldiers left in Vietnam. Only 50,000 were combat soldiers, the rest were support soldiers. As a 76A (76Z years later) series MOS, I was not needed there. Instead I was sent to Camp Casey Korea. I have wished hundreds to time that I went to Vietnam, instead of Korea. You are a real soldier. Thank You.

Thank You

Dear PFC Daniel Santos-Trujillo, Thank you for your service as an Airborne Qualified Infantryman with the 1st Cavalry. I researched you on your 56th anniversary, sad. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is Advent. Time moves quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

You are not Forgotten

Daniel: You gave the Ultimate Sacrifice.
If any Family members or Friends of Daniel reads this, I am looking for a Picture of him to send to W.DC. For the Vietnam Veterans memorial Wall.
It would be nice to have a Picture of him to put with his Name.
