Thank You
Dear SSgt Lesley Reed, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. The 54th anniversary of the start of your tour is soon. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. The 57th anniversary of Gulf of Tonkin Incident is tomorrow. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Thank you!
Les, I want to thank for leading your squad down the hill to rescue me after my squad’s assault on a machine gun emplacement! As we laid in the hasty LZ, waiting for the medivac to arrive, I remember our last conversation in the darkness of the Dak To countryside: You proudly proclaimed that you had just 4 months, 26 days left in this man’s army! Little did we know that was about to change. As I close this, I want you to know that I pray for you and all of us, almost daily; RIP my dear friend: HOOAH! Dragon.
