You are still remembered

I was assigned Edward Rafferty for a project at school, and got to know a lot about him. I'm posting a small yearbook picture that I found at his highschool.

Just know that you are still remembered and will not soon be forgotten.

Remebering a Fallen Hero

You were an extra ordinary man. I really appreciate what you did for our country. It's men like you who make our country a strong nation. You will always be remembered in our hearts. Rest In Peace.

In 67 I cried

Of all the tours I did in Viet-Nam I remember Ed out of all the people. I remember him singing at night after we dug in, and telling us about the girl he was going home to marry. The day I learned of his death, I felt guilty I had not been there.
