honoring you....

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrance from Eric Edvalson tells the sad story of a life cut way too short. As long as you are remembered you will always be with us….

Thank You

Dear PFC Michael Prothero, Thank you for your service as an Airborne Qualified Infantryman. Your 53rd anniversary just passed, sad. I researched you on the 53rd anniversary of the start of your tour. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Summer has begun. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

LIFE IS TOO SHORT

We honor men like Michael who gave their all so that we can live free. Michael I thank you with all of my heart for giving your life for us. Michael and Judy (Sigafus) were engaged January 1968, married May 11, 1968 and then he shipped out to Viet Nam on June 2, 1968 and died June 19, 1968. Michael was married and and had his funeral in St. John's Lutheran Church all in little over a month's time. Life is too short make every moment count.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear PFC Michael Eugene Prothero, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, Sir

Curt Carter
