Brother
Went through Basic School with Larry, Charlie 3-70. I remember a quiet hard-working young 2nd LT. He wasn’t a big man in stature, but he had a big heart. Semper Fi Marine.

Class of '69
Larry and I, along with over 200 classmates graduated from Delaware State College in early June 1969. He was resplendent in his pure white military dress as he was commissioned 2nd lieutenant. The Vietnam conflict continued to rage during this time. We marveled at his courage and commitment to serve our country. Larry is from Smyrna and so am I. We lived not too far from each other in small town America. I believe that he was a commuter. Since I lived on campus, our interactions were somewhat limited during our time on campus in Dover.

Captain Potts
I'm an author working on a book on the famous Bat-21 rescue. For the book, I'd very much like to talk to anyone who knew Captain Potts. If you'd like to get in touch, you can reach me at [email protected].
