THE WALL OF FACES

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. We should be forever thankful for the sacrifices of you and so many others to ensure the freedoms we so often take for granted.

Dear WO John Plummer, Thank you for your service as an Utility/Observation Helicopter Pilot. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Memorial Day is in a few days when the nation remembers all our lost. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Thank you for your service and your sacrifice. Thank you for stepping up and answering your country's call. Rest easy knowing you will never be forgotten.

John David Plummer walked in slow motion and spoke in slow motion! :-) John was in my class. We graduated in May of 1967. I never knew that he joined the army, or was drafted. John was so smart and so good. I sat beside him in physics and although he was a man of few words, he always had a smile on his face....always. He was a fine young man, a patriot, and a hero. I love you John David Plummer.

I remember John as lighting because he talked at a very slow pace and got to know him as i was dating Linda his sister.Couldn't been a better boy/man.
