Dear PFC Randall Phelps, Thank you for your service as a Combat Engineer. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. The 46th anniversary of the official end of the war is tomorrow, and it is still sad. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

I think this is the man I served with, he was a good friend, good marine and nice man. Even to this day I remember how nice he was to me and everyone.

I didn’t know Randall but as an ex soldier and a Phelps I wanted to pay my respects to a hero. I visited the memorial wall on Aug 6th 2019 from the UK.
