SP4 Alberto Pérez Vergara is buried in the Aguas Buenas Cementerio Municipal 1 in Aguas Buenas, PR. He left behind a four year old daughter, Carmen.

Your sacrifice is not forgotten.

Dear Sp4 Alberto Perez-Vergara, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is the Easter season. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

I’m one of your granddaughters. You died when my dad 2 and he never got to really know you. I think of you often and always wonder what you were like. I know he does too. We know you were a strong and courageous man. I hope I can find a photo of you to submit to the Wall of Faces Project. You deserve all your honor. Thank you for your sacrifice and I hope to meet you one day in heaven. Rest in paradise.
