Thank You

Dear SFC Robert Owen, Thank you for your service as a Special Forces Qualified Radio Operator. You are still MIA. Please come home. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Lent has begun. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Lost Angel

No matter where you lay your soul is with The Lord. I pray the day will come when your remains will come back to US soil and your family can lay them to rest here at home. Thank you for your sacrifice.

We're still with you....

05.23.2018
This is the face of the young Soldier whose hope I have held for many, many years.
Today marks the 50th anniversary of his gone Missing in Action.
The Vietnam War. Laos. 29 years old.
There was nothing accidental or random about my being chosen to wear a bracelet which bears his rank and name; along with his MIA Date and area, as well as his service in the US Special Forces. From the instant I picked up ‘his bracelet’ and held it in my hands—on the National Mall in Washington, DC—Robert D. Owen was my Hero.
He’s still ‘out there’. . .somewhere.
In these 50 years he has not been forgotten.
Nor shall he be.
