Rest in peace.
Gustav is my ancestor, about who I don't know a lot. If there are still people alive who know something about him, I will be more than glad to hear those stories. You can contact me via email: [email protected]

Thank You
Dear PFC Gustav Ostrakovic, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Your 71st birthday is soon, happy birthday. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Lent has begun. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

my buddy
Gus and I graduated form PI and ITR and were close friends. We got separated because of an emergency back in Ohio. Upon leaving for home in 1969, I saw a couple of guys from my boot camp platoon.I asked them if they heard anything about Gus. They told me he was gone. I've grieved, for him, since. The guy had a tough life. He deserved better. Wish I could have been there with him. Who knows?!?!? Semper Fi buddy. Never will I forget you. jfkupetz
