Hoping to Connect
Dear Bill,
I never had the chance to meet you but I did meet your wife in the early 70s and am hoping that one day she will visit this site and respond. I am Susie, Pat Bogard's wife, and I very much would like to find Tanys (I'm not sure of the spelling, sorry). I am in Midland, Texas, and my last name is Burdette. If you ever visit Bill at this site, please, please, contact me. Thank you. Susie (Bogard) Burdette

Sacrifice
Your life ended to short but your sacrifice will never be in vain. I wore your bracelet and kept it close. In Sept 1999 I visited the wall and put your bracelet, with a note of deepest heartfelt thanks for your courage, below your name. You are why our country is free! I will never take this for granted. Thank you and may the angels keep you in their care always.

I Will Always Remember You
I never met you and your time in Vietman was short, however I wore your MIA bracelet when I was just 13 years old. I took my sons to the moving wall a year ago. We all walked up together and laid flowers at your panel. I took a rubbing of your name and I cried. I never realized how many lives were lost during this time. I will make sure that you are always remembered in my family. God Bless You.
