Thank You

Dear Sp4 Clifford Osterhoudt, Thank you for your service as a Heavy Construction Equipment Operator. Your 50th anniversary is soon, sad.Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Lent has begun. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

high school buddys

This is for Jack, if you read this, Cliff and I hung around together in high school. We missed each other when we came home on leave from vietnam. I was there in Long Binh when he died and didn't know about his death till long after I got home in May of that year, Still think about him and just found this site so I thought I would leave my remembrance.

We were soldiers

I meet cliff, he liked to be called butch, at ft Leonard wood. He had returned from his first tour in Vietnam and when I received my orders to go he put in a request to go back. We meet up in ft Lewis wa. And had a great week together, we left a few days apart so we were separated. I was sick when I seen his name in the stars and strips obituary. He was such a great friend in the short time we had together. If any of his family members see this I hope you contact me, it would help me deal with his loss, after forty some years I think of him often. I loved him like a brother, Jack Godinho, [email protected]
