THE WALL OF FACES

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. We should be forever thankful for the sacrifices of you and so many others to ensure the freedoms we so often take for granted.

Cousin Glenn. I never got to meet you. I read what people knew you said about you and wish I could have met you and talked with you. I am proud of you. All your uncles and aunts on your father’s side have passed away. Auntie Yuri was the last and passed away Dec. 23, 2020. I wish you could have met her. She was a nice lady. I write this 2021 05 30, a day before Memorial Day with tears in my eyes. Love Cousin Bobby.

Dear Sp4 Glenn Nishizawa, Thank you for your service as a Medical NCO. Thank you for the lives you saved. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It’s a New Year, but not necessarily better. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Glen was a classmate at Woodrow Wilson H.S. in L.A. Never a bad word for anyone, always smiling, positive attitude. Wish I had spent more time with him. Never forget his smile and positive nature. We have a H.S. reunion this year and I will remember Glen to my fellow classmates. I visited the wall in D.C. and found Glen's name. I can visualize him even now always smiling always positive. Always Glen. I know this man is smiling now. I hope that when my time comes I am good enough to see him again.
