I Wore His Bracelet as Miss Pennsylvania 1975
I wore James McGarvey's MIA Bracelet to the 1976 Miss America Pageant and took it out of my jewelry box yesterday and put it on again. NEVER FORGOTTEN!!! I can't say thank you enough times for all the sacrifices our MIA and POW men and women and their families made during these troubled times. I can never forget and never forgive North Vietnam for their lack of empathy and humanity for these heroic Americans and their families.
