Big Brother - On this day Sept. 17, 1969

I wish I could have known you better. Your days on this earth were too few. I see your eyes in my children. They know how much everyone loved you and what you meant to me. I vividly remember the day the men came to our home to tell us you were gone. I grew from that and have much empathy for all the Gold Star Families that have also sacrificed their sons, brothers and fathers. May we never forget why you died, to always make life a priority and not take it for granted. May we never take our Constitution for granted because you gave your life so that others may exercise their rights as equals and children of God. I'll see you again one day, I Love You Skipper,
Shay
