Ground Casualty
SP4 Frank E. McClellan was an infantryman serving with K Company, 75th Infantry (Rangers), 4th Infantry Division. At 8:45 PM on June 4, 1970, SP4 McClellan was at Camp Radcliff in Binh Dinh Province, RVN, when he was accidently shot in the back-left side of his head by another soldier. He was killed instantly.
