Remembered still

I was born in San Mateo, CA, your hometown. I wore your POW-MIA bracelet for decades until one day it disappeared. I still carry a copy of your photograph in my wallet. Thank you for your service and sacrifice.

I wore your bracelet

It meant so much to me, but never had a face with the name.

On this day and every day

I will never ever forget you, I still wear my MIA bracelet with your name on it. I think of you everyday and the sacrifice you made. My children and grands know about you and we have all visited the wall. Just wanted to say that someone besides your family cares and thinks of you often.
