I remember Dennis after all these years as a dedicated Marine; a good friend and an asset to Marquette University, the Marine Corp and the country he loved and served. Pray for us, Dennis, you chose the better part of valor, your friend, Joe O'Brien

Dennis and I went to Bishop Noll high school and caught the same bus. He was always well mannered, social, and did well in track and school plays. I believe he would have aspired in whatever he ventured into. About twenty five years later I heard of his death quite by accident from a common classmate Janet Duhon, who was a temporay hygienesis two thousand miles from home. She too felt a loss of a caring, vibrant, smart, young classmate. I'm sure all of Dennis' friends miss him and think of him often.
