Like a Big Brother
I grew up with Cecil as we were neighbors and he and my sister were in the same class all through school. Since he didn’t have a brother we hung out a lot over the years. He took me under his wing and I became his little brothers. So many memories of our times together just goofing off. RIP my friend.

A Great High School Friend and Quartet Bass
Excellent times we shared in high school. Sorry we never met again while both in the Air Force. We lost a fine fellow when you died.

My AXP Big Brother
I was a freshman Thiel
College AXP pledge in the spring of 1967, and Cecil, a senior, was my big brother. He graduated and went to USAF flight school. I was so proud of him. Three years later i followed his same path; and heard if his crash a week before going to OTS and flight school. I was stunned and very sad; and dedicated my time learning to fly to Cecil, and his passion for serving our country. One day we will meet again, and maybe we can dogfight in the T-38, and share stories of being USAF pilots.
