Honor memory

Remembering and honoring our precious cousin Billy on this Memorial Day. Thinking about the good times we had playing at grandma's and poppy's house on lock willow, and family picnics at willow mill park.our family was so pained and distraught losing our beautiful and so young Billy.that loss will never be healed. Love , cousin Phyllis

Remembering An American Hero

Dear Captain William Henry Morris Jr, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir

Curt Carter

UIf I should die...remembrances for CAPT. William Henry MORRIS, JR, USA...who died for our country!!

If I should die, and leave you here awhile, be not like others, sore undone, who keep long vigils by the silent dust, and weep...for MY sake, turn again to life, and smile...Nerving thy heart, and trembling hand to do something to comfort other hearts than thine...Complete these dear, unfinished tasks of mine...and I, perchance, may therein comfort you.

William Henry Morris Jr

My Uncle (Robert Miller,Speical Forces) was on the same helicopter as William when he died. I was wondering if anybody that has pictures of William when he was in Binh Long would share them with me because my uncle my have been in one of them with him. Mr & Mrs. Morris I saw the remeberance that you left for your son. If you have any pictures of William around this time that has any of his friends in it one may be of my uncle would you share them? THANKS
