honoring you....

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. We should be forever thankful for the sacrifices of you and so many others to ensure the freedoms we so often take for granted.

Thank You

Dear PFC Charles Morgan, Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. The 53rd anniversary of the start of your tour is in 3 days. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. It is Advent, and this week means hope. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

One of America's Best

I remember just before you attempted to cross that street in Hue we were firing across a fence between two buildings. You said your sights had been knocked a little off so you would adjust with "Kentucky Windage". I remember your down home good attitude. I was fortunate as a few others were to call you friend. Thank you for what you did for our country. We will always remember you. Your family and friends can be proud that you stood as one of the best this country had to offer.
