Bronze Star Medal for Valor Award
Specialist Four Walter C. B. Moran was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for Valor, with Combat Distinguishing Device (V), for his gallantry in action. He was also awarded the Bronze Star Medal for Merit for his sustained meritorious service. He served as an Infantryman and was assigned to the AERO RIFLE PLT, D TRP, 3RD SQDN, 5TH CAVALRY, 101ST ABN DIV.

Gone but never forgotten
Time has not erased the memories of our friendship in Nevada, Missouri. God Bless you for your sacrifice for our country and the loss of your life after such a short time in Vietnam. Some gave all, and you will never be forgotten by those who knew you. PEACE.
