For my Mom
I never knew you because I was born 5 years after you died, but that didn't keep you from being a "living" member of our family. My Mom talked so often of you that it was as if you were a relative we just didn't get to see that much. My Mom always talked about the special way you loved her and looked out for her, the dolls you got her (my sister and I each have one of them now) and the way you protected her and wanted what was best for her. She talked of the boy you and your wife were trying to adopt and the way the boy just disappeared when you were killed. Most of all she loved you, loves your memory still and misses not getting to know you after you left.
