Although we never met personally, I want to thank you Daniel James Minor, for your courageous and valiant service, faithful contribution, and your most holy sacrifice given to this great country of ours!

Your Spirit is alive--and strong, therefore Marine, you shall never be forgotten, nor has your death been in vain!

Again, thank you PFC Daniel James Minor, for a job well done!

Both you and God know "I TRIED",
"I TRIED" to stop the hand of death,
As I knelt there by your side,

During the fire-fight in Nam that day,
But no matter how hard "I TRIED",
There was nothing I could do or say,
I stared deep into your eyes,
I held you as you died,
