My late uncle....
My mother was Bruce's 16 yr old baby sister. We were raised with funny stories (like when he would tie bumblebees to his sisters car antennae with sewing thread because she was scared of them) and lots of affection that his siblings and friends had for him.
Our family would like to meet or talk to those stationed with him or that knew him before. If you have any photos that you could share with us, we would be indebted to you. After losing our mother, finding these little nuggets means so very much. I'm so touched by the kind words of love and affection those of you that knew him have shared. You have no idea what this means to all of us. We are down to one sibling left of Bruce's and I would like to put together a book of stories, photos, and remembrances of Bruce for him, as the photos my grandparents had were taken by one family member and not shared. Please, if you knew him, contact me at ms_a_davis at yahoo.com I live in the lower 48 now and am happy to meet you here, there, or anywhere in between.
Thank you,
Bruce's family

Dear Sp4 Kenneth Millhouse, Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Halloween is soon. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.

Still Remember
Ken and I both graduated from West Anchorage High, Class of 1966. Most of us us knew that we all had a pretty good chance of ending up in Nam. It was funny how we didn't talk much about it... we just accepted it. We both ended up over there, along with other classmates...I got lucky and was able to come home. I think of Ken from time to time.... the world could have used his unusual sense of humor over the years. His heart was always in the right place.
