You are always in our hearts

John tomorrow is when you were taken from us 50 yrs ago. You were only in country for a month or so when this accident happened. There aren't many of the family left now; Paul and I and your brothers who are married and have great families! You have been and always will be in our hearts...

I want to say thank you to all of his friends who left your remembrances here about John. It really means a lot to me. This is Gloria, his aunt, and we were only 11 months apart in age, he being the older one. We were more like brothers and sisters along with my brother Paul, his siblings and his cousin Lynn who just recently left us too. Thanks so much!

Rest in Peace My Friend

It has been fifty years since I last saw John (JJ) upon graduating flight school together. My deployment as a Medevac pilot was to the same operating area as JJ's one month after his passing. I vividly remember flying over JJ's crash site during my check-ride with the company instructor pilot less one month after his death. In the succeeding years I have thought about JJ often and pray that he rests in peace. You will never be forgotten my friend.

honoring you as Memorial Day approaches...

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrances from your high school friends, including my neighbor and friend Ron Spirito, attest to their love and respect for you. As long as you are remembered you will always be with us...

Thank You

Dear WO John Miller, Thank you for your service as an Utility/Observation Helicopter Pilot. I researched you on your 49th anniversary, sad. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Columbus Day just passed. Time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness, especially now. Rest in peace with the angels.
