Uncle, I was only 6 months old when you left us. I only get to hear the shared stories of you when I am amongst your sisters. I often wonder what life you would have had if you were here now. I know you are in great company these days. I hope my dad, George, my Uncle Frankie (your older brothers) and Auntie Bobby (your older sister) are sharing all our stories with you. Uncle, thank you for your ultimate sacrifice so I could live the life of MY choice in this great land. Ayó aníín shní shí zhéí yazhí. Ahééhé. Til we truly meet, you are not forgotten.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. The remembrance from your sister is especially poignant. As long as you are remembered you will always be with us....

We can never truly repay the debt we owe our fallen heroes.
