A Thank You

You have never met me but my name is Sarah Beeler and I'm a sophmore in high school. Students in my class are posting rememberances as a project for my social class but to me this is like a discovery of someone who fought for my freedoms and died for this country. Thank you seems so simple for what I truly feel. For all I know, you may be related to me, which would be a very special blessing. I just want you and all soldiers to know how grateful I feel to have such freedoms and how thankful I am that these men and women fought for me. THANK YOU!

Not forgotten

George, Although we never met, I just want you to know you are not forgotten. You gave the ultimate sacrifice, your life for what you believed in. Sleep well my friend, and thank you for protecting the freedoms we enjoy today.
