Ground Casualty

SP5 Gannon C. Milby Jr. was assigned to a company clerk position with Headquarters & Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry. On June 10, 1967, he fell ill and was evacuated to the United States, where he died at Walter Reed Army Hospital from cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat). He was 21 years-old. His name was added to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in 2015. [Taken from coffeltdatabase.org]
