I Still Remember

In 1990 I was 23 years old and living in NY. One day, as I was going into the supermarket, I met a Vietnam Veteran who was collecting donations. In return for my donation, I received a red metal MIA bracelet. Marvin Leonard, MIA 2-15-1971, Laos. I wore that bracelet for several years and proudly explained its significance to anyone who asked. Regrettably, I removed it one day at work and it was lost. I never forgot the man on my bracelet. Every Veterans Day, every Memorial Day, every Fourth of July, CWO Leonard is in my thoughts and prayers. I was so pleased to find this page with his picture and information about his last flight. Thank you CWO Leonard for your sacrifice. Thank you to your family and friends for their sacrifice. Thank you to all those who gave for freedom.

A Grateful American, Kim

Thank You

Dear CWO Marvin Leonard, Thank you for your service as a Cargo Helicopter Pilot. You are still MIA. Please come home. Saying thank you isn't enough, but it is from the heart. Happy Spring! For many of us, we have begun Lent. The time passes quickly. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage, guidance and faithfulness. Be at peace with the angels.
