Remembered
DEAR SPEC 4 BEAM,
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE AS A GRUNT. IT REALLY BUGS ME THAT YOU WERE KILLED THE DAY BEFORE YOUR BIRTHDAY. NOT THAT ANY DAY WOULD BE GOOD, BUT THIS STINKS. SIGH. IT IS STILL THE CHRISTMAS SEASON.AND WE ARE THANKFUL FOR YOU. IT IS NEW YEAR, WHICH MAKES IT FAR TOO LONG FOR YOU TO HAVE BEEN GONE. WATCH OVER THE U.S.A., IT STILL NEEDS YOUR COURAGE.. GOD BLESS YOU. MAY THE SAINTS AND ANGELS BE AT YOUR SIDE. REST IN PEACE.

Vietnam War Commemoration – searching for families of KIA from Montgomery/Macoupin Counties, Illinoi
I am the chairman of Commemorative Events for the Christiana Tillson Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution. We are organizing a Vietnam War Commemoration Ceremony to recognize and honor all Vietnam War Veterans. In addition to honoring all Vietnam War Veterans, we would like to specifically recognize those killed in action from Montgomery and Macoupin Counties, Illinois. Representatives from the Department of Defense Vietnam War 50th Commemoration will be presenting lapel pins to all Vietnam War Veterans, and the NSDAR will present Certificates of Honor to Veterans. The Defense Department will be recognizing the family members of those who were killed in action. If you would be able to participate in our ceremony on April 1, 2017, please email me.
