high school buddies.we joined together.

I did't pass the medical. Had a family , good x's & bad. I finally got in & med. Retired in 79. I still miss you my friend ! My son Michael A was named after you all my kids know you. We will be 70 next Sept 24. See you one day. We will never part again. Luv Spec 5 Mike Johnson

Thank you. You gave me the greatest Hero of my life. My dad. I just learned your name today, but I've known your story, parts of it, most of my life. You asked my dad to switch flights with you. You didn't come home. But my Daddy (before he was that), did. He came home, to meet my mom, to have my siblings, and me and to be my hero, my world, and my best friend. I'll never meet you, but I'll always be thankful to you.
